By using QualiPulse Broken Link Checker (the "Service"), including through ChatGPT, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service checks the links on a single public webpage you specify and reports how each linked destination responded to automated HTTP requests at the time of the scan. It is provided free of charge.

Acceptable use

• Only submit pages you are entitled to check, such as your own websites or publicly available pages.
• Do not use the Service to attack, overload or probe websites or networks, to circumvent access controls, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to bypass the Service's rate limits or network safety restrictions.

We may block requests or restrict access to protect the Service or third parties.

Results

Results reflect how websites responded to an automated checker at scan time. Websites may block, rate-limit or respond differently to automated requests, and links added by JavaScript are not checked. Verify important results yourself before acting on them.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QualiPulse Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
